Stockings and Such
Merry Christmas from the Storrs household! As promised, here are a few shots of what we made for Eloïse. Phil started us off with an excellent bunch of wooden toys: a boat, whale, and fish, some tops, and a couple things to nom nom on.
I made her some pjs and blocks, both out of re-purposed materials. The blocks are leftovers from a certain singing trio (points if you can guess), and the pajamas are made from a set of hand-me-down blankets. I already had plenty of blankets so I decided to cut them up into something else. I'm really happy with the pattern I came out with (will probably use a version of it on some future kiddo t-shirts) Only problem was that they are already too small. Oops. Guess we will just have to have another one.
Finally some shots of our Christmas morning. What a lovely day!
